About Telugu Association of Utah (TAU)
Telugu Association of Utah was founded on May 19th 2007 and was formally incorporated as a not-for-profit public organization.
Telugu Association of Utah is an organization of people of Telugu origin residing in the State of Utah.
Telugu Association of Utah was formed to preserve and propagate the Telugu culture and heritage and to maintain the identity of the people of Telugu origin and to provide a forum for Telugu literacy, cultural, educational, social, and charitable interactions among its members.
Telugu Association of Utah Executive Committee is responsible for all day to day activities of the TAU organization.
Telugu Association of Utah Board of Trustees are responsible for establishing the goals and direction for TAU. Trustees are also responsible for long-range planning. They manage all the Trust funds of TAU along with TAU life membership fund. Telugu Association of Utah is a registered non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization. 501 (c) (3) status was attained by the Telugu Association of Utah effective 12/11/2009.
